1. Clean sweeping
Its operation combins washing and high-pressure rinsing, clearing off dust in the road surface and removing efficiently stains sticking to the road. Compared to the traditional sweeper, it may sweep in a cleaner manner;

The Dongfeng tianjing DFL1160BX chassis has the industry's highest market share, characterized by well-tested application experience and industry-leading reliability; the originally imported high-pressure pump from Italy has a variety of advantages including high-pressure withstand capacity, high flow, and long service life;
3. Energy saving and environmental protection;
Air-to-air intercool Cummins auxiliary engine can enable more complete combustion, save fuel and better emission, really realizing environment-friendly design philosophy;
Suction system is optimized by Academician workstation to have more reasonable configuration and lower energy consumption;
4. Advanced technology:
German Siemens PLC controller is used to control the whole truck; many operations in the cab can be completed in one key control with high level of automation; Equipped with a voice alarm system that can accurately broadcast a variety of safety tips and faults;

5.Tank low water level alarm is fitted to prevent water pump from being damaged; overflowing warning device is installed to prevent sewage from overflowing from suction pipes and leading to secondary pollution;

6. Convenient maintenance
Truck fault may automatically cause alarm; fault detection is carried out by computer for quick and correct diagnosis; the cab has a big tilting angle with enough maintenance space. Remote start/stop devices can avoid difficulty of starting in cab; the cab is fitted with front wall board which may turn outward. During routine maintenance, it is not required to tilt the cab;
Maintenance doors are fitted in two sides (left and right) of the engine hood so that the routine maintenance of the auxiliary engine can be easy and accessible.

DETAIL ONE:

Left/right high pressure spray rod and nozzle are arranged in "V"-type arrangement; "V"-shaped angle and high-pressure water nozzle angle can be adjusted to ensure that the sewage can be effectively gathered in front of suction and sewage collection can become more thoroughly;

DETAIL TWO:

Water pump is driven by pneumatic gear clutch; if the power from the high pressure water pump is cut off in clean-maintaining mode, it may extend life of high-pressure water pump.

DETAIL THREE:

Hydraulic lock design and safety support can provide double protection against personal injury resulted from sudden dropping of tank body during maintenance and repairing.
